Manage your subscription plan from the Admin Panel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

Available plans

We offer several plans to match different needs:

  • Free: core features with daily usage limits.
  • Pro: higher usage limits for individual power users.
  • Student: Pro features at a reduced rate for students and educators.
  • Team: Pro features plus role-based access, centralized billing, and enterprise Connectors.
  • Enterprise: Team features plus SAML SSO, audit logs, custom deployment, and SLA support.

Annual billing is available for Pro and Team plans at a discounted rate compared to monthly.

Upgrade your plan

Upgrade your plan

  1. AdminSubscriptions.
  2. Click Compare plans to view options.
  3. Select your plan and billing frequency (monthly or annual).
  4. Enter billing information (individual or company, VAT number if applicable).
  5. Confirm payment.

You can upgrade at any time: from Free to Pro/Team, or from Pro to Team. Payment is due immediately and at the start of each billing period.

Accepted payment methods: credit card and Google Pay.

Cancel your subscription

  1. AdminSubscriptions.
  2. Click Unsubscribe in the Downgrade section.
  3. You'll receive a confirmation email.

You keep full access until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan. Before the period ends, you can click Resume subscription to restore your plan.

Refund policy

Refund policy

Refunds are available only within 14 days of the initial purchase. Contact support to request a refund within this window. No refunds apply after 14 days.
