Privacy

Use privacy and data controls to manage how your data is handled across Vibe and the API. These controls cover data usage policies, training opt-out, and GDPR rights.

• Vibe (Free plan): conversations can be used to improve our models. You can opt out at any time from the Admin Panel.
• Vibe (Pro, Team, Enterprise): conversations aren't used for model training by default.
• API: data sent through the API isn't used for model training.
• Connectors: data accessed through Connectors is fetched on demand and not stored permanently. Connector data isn't used for training.
• Libraries: uploaded documents are stored securely and not used for training.

From this page, you can configure:

• Model training: allow or disable the use of Vibe interactions to train Mistral models. If you disable this option, new interactions from your users aren't used to train models.
• Public chat sharing: allow Organization members to share chats publicly, including access to document libraries. If you disable this option, members can still share chats inside the Organization.
• Model response feedback: allow Organization members to submit thumbs up, thumbs down, and free-text feedback on model responses.
• Chat Retention Policy: automatically delete chats and their artifacts after a set period from creation. You can choose Never, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 1 year.

From this page, you can configure:

• Data usage for improving our services: allow or disable the use of API calls to train Mistral models. If you disable this option, new interactions from your users aren't used to train models.
• Zero data retention: review whether troubleshooting and analytics data are stored for your Organization. When zero data retention is enabled, troubleshooting and analytics data are not stored. See Can I activate zero data retention?.
• Labs models: enable Labs models for the Organization. If you activate Labs models, data can be used to train Mistral models, regardless of your subscription plan or opt-out settings, in accordance with the Commercial Terms of Service.

For account data changes, use the Admin Panel directly. For data export, download from Vibe or Studio.
